PZYFER SOLUTIONS LIMITED — KEYPUNCH DESK OPEN

Send a deck to the bureau desk

The keypunch desk is the front door of the bureau. Use the worksheet below to describe the records you hold and the outcome you need. Your note opens in your own mail client addressed to the bureau, so nothing is stored on this site. An operations lead will reply with a scoping deck and a named verifier for the work.

Reaching the bureau

Correspondence is read by the duty desk each working morning and afternoon. Email is the fastest route for scoping notes, sample schedules and questions about the verifier gate. The telephone line is best for time sensitive matters such as a failed feed or a retrieval request. Written notes sent to the Woodford Green address are logged on arrival and acknowledged within one working day.

Frequently asked questions

1. What should a first deck note contain?

Tell us what the records are, roughly how many there are, where they currently live and how long they must be kept. If you already know the outcome you need, such as an indexed archive or a monthly report pack, say so. A short, specific note lets the bureau price and schedule the work without a second round of questions.

2. Do you work with operators outside the United Kingdom?

Yes. International operators are served on the same terms, with correspondence in English and desk hours stated in London time. Where records are subject to more than one retention rule, we map both regimes in the scoping deck and apply the stricter control until the position is confirmed in writing.

3. How is my information handled when I contact you?

The worksheet on this page passes your note to your own mail client, so this website stores nothing. Once the bureau receives your email, it is handled under our privacy policy, used only to answer your enquiry and retained no longer than necessary. Full details are set out on the privacy page.

Talk to a named verifier

Every enquiry is owned by a named member of the bureau team. You will not be passed between mailboxes. The double verify standard applies from the first deck note to the final control sheet.
